I received the best service from Neil. First and foremost Neil is a very good listener. At times like these, in regards to what i have recently experienced with floods damaging my home, he was very patient and sympathetic to me. He made sure that he listened to me venting out about my experience until i was comfortable enough to start discussing the new insurance for my new vehicle. He still explained everything to me and i was able to ask questions for clarity. I really appreciated the level of quality service i received from Neil. And i thank him for his time he took to listen to me.
