I received excellent customer service from Mr. Gerrith Goodgall from Auto and General. I was calling for a review of my car insurance policy. He went an extra mile to.make sure I receive the best premium. In his responses he was very patient and polite with me, and very much knowledgeable of his job. I appreciate his assistance. He is a team player because where he was unsure he would refer to his manager for guidance, that shows good signs of working well with people.
