I just want to talk about Makgotso the lady who assisted me with the review of my home insurance. I was so frustrated when I see that my policy is going to be increased by R700, and I call auto and general, I was transfered to Makgotso and she assisted me with love, I was shouting at her and tell her that I'm want to councell my policy, and she explained to me all the reasons why my policy increased and promised me that she will discuss my issue with her manager and call me back she did that and call me, and she came with a very good solution and I am happy with the service she rendered tome. She is a reliable and understanding person. If I was Makgotso's supervisor, I would appreciate her service delivery by rewarding her with a satisfactory performance bonus.
