I just want to take a moment to express how incredibly grateful I am for the service I consistently receive from Auto & General. I was recently retrenched, I called in this morning and, once again, I was met with nothing but warmth, compassion, and genuine willingness to help. The consultant who assisted me today, Thabang, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond by waiving my premium for this month and arranging for my next debit order to go off at the end of the month. This took such a huge weight off my shoulders and immediately put me at ease. This kind of understanding and flexibility is rare, and it truly makes a difference. Every consultant I’ve dealt with has been helpful, patient, and genuinely caring. I have never ended a call feeling uncertain or uneasy, only reassured and supported.
