I joined the policy on Saturday but didn't received policy documents immediately

I joined the policy on Saturday but didn't received policy documents immediately. I called Auto and General on Wednesday and Damian Govender assisted me. He patiently assisted with downloading the app, provided guidance on ho to use the app and Auto and General online services and also forwarded the policy documents I needed via email. His guidance and patience was extremely amaizing and now I am able to navigate the online services and the App. Thank you Damian.
