I have tried to get threw to hire manangment as i have proof my thirdparty claim that was rejected was done by commiting *****. No success is it normal to refuse 4 wittnesses and claim there were never even when its on the official report stamped and signed day of accident or is it just because it didnt benfit your client and the fact that a proper investigation was never done. And since when is it legal to sue a passanger of the vechil.? Ive been trying endlessly and im shurged of unfortunately before i can go to the ombudsman i have to prove i have given you a chance to resolve the issue and i have tried endlessly but aprently all are too busy and don't believe anything can be done. I have it all in black and white proving this is not just a fals claim its fact that ur investigator and client and another has been involced with either witholding information making a fair just claim or they heloed cover it up i think thats called insurance *****.
