I have had insurance with Auto and General for quite a few years now, and I have never been more happy with my short-term insurance. They have approved and paid my claims each time, with little to no trouble. My previous claim could easily become one of those shared on social media as ridiculous, because the chain of events that led to the accident would have sounded impossible to me if it didn't actually happen to me. Even though I was completely honest, I was also very worried that they might decline the claim, as I would not have been able to afford the necessary repairs. After verifying the story, they approved the claim. Their call centre agents are always courteous and friendly, and assist you to the best of their ability. I can highly recommend Auto and General!
