I have been trying for quite some time now to get a hold of someone from the claims dept to assit me to rwgister a claim but to no avail they just dont pick up the clients call😡

However, you may log onto your Auto & General App to register a claim.

Once done, it will be allocated to a claim's consultant, and they will contact you to explain the process.
