I have been calling them from 12:45 till13:30 CAT
I have been calling them from 12:45 till13:30 CAT. trying to get assistance with a small claim. Can't get through to them. 1st they transferred me to the wrong department that can't transfer me back. Had drop the line then try calling again to wait for another 45 minutes. Which I ended up not getting any assistance.
