I hate Auto and general

I thought auto and general was fast and effecient. Well it took less than a week for my claim to be approved and that was it. They referred me to a panel beater that was so far away from where I am. They promised to call me once they find a panel beater near me and that was the last I heard from them. It's been 2 weeks waiting for a call. If I call them back, same story. I hate auto and general with a passion and I won't recommend it to anyone. I'm stuck, can't even use my own car because it's not fixed. I'm angry
