I had to deal with Natasha Johannes on a 2nd claim just after my 1st claim was finalized. Once again she didn't disappoint with her customer service orientation. My claim was dealt with timeosly and effectively. And most of all i was kept informed as what was happening. Definitely a human asset to AandG.
