I had not yet commenced with my policy and wanted to cancel. Tashni Chetty was amazingly helpful and informative as she made me aware of more facts about my policy than I was initially made aware of. She is patient, very friendly, kind and informative. I would like to thank her and to declare that I am officially an Auto & General family member. Thank you
