I had an issue about one of the fees and I received more information about the insurance I have. I received an excellent help from sis Mpume Thwala 😊. She was so patience with me, willing to answer my questions and understood my concerns. She explained everything with ease and I understood clearly. She didn’t mind repeating her responses and gave me more than what I was expecting. I had an issue with installing the app, she explained what I have to do and the app is working perfectly.
