I had an excellent experience with Auto & General, and I specifically want to commend Sebastian Ramouthar for his outstanding service. Sebastian was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to go through different options and explained each one clearly, making sure I fully understood before deciding. Nothing felt rushed, and every question was handled with care and professionalism. He was polite, friendly, and made me feel heard, understood, and valued — something that is not often found anymore in South Africa. This has been the best customer service I’ve had in years.
