I had an accident on the 10th of April and found out today 6 May that my car has been written off and I will be paid out. It has taken long due to all the public holidays but my consultant Porcha called me twice a week to let me know what was happening every step of the way. So I am very happy with the service that I have received at auto and general . Also when the accident happened it was very easy to go onto the app and get assistance with a tow truck, medical assistance etc.
