I had a cold call from Discovery Insure

I had a cold call from Discovery Insure . I told them categorically that I did not want to move from Auto and General insurance and I also put that in writing to them. Despite this, Discovery *****ulently removed R 3 000.00 from my bank account on Friday. The Discovery call centre could not help me when I phoned in a panic. I called Auto and General and spoke to Sachin and he was most helpful. He assured me that they would never cancel my policy unless I called in person. He gave me excellent advice and numbers to call to get my money back from Discovery Thank you Sachin . Thank you Auto and General. Now I pray that Discovery give me my money back 🙏🙏🙏
