I canceled my insurance with them and received better service than I received on cancelation then when I needed assistance at one time

I canceled my insurance with them and received better service than I received on cancelation then when I needed assistance at one time. It was probably only the timing someone this time that is helpful and willing to help. I know Auto and General to be a helpful company. The one time might have been just a bad day. Thanks.
