I called in to register a claim for my car and the agent told me that she couldn’t hear me and that she would call me back (old trick to discourage us😢). She never called back. I called again just under an hour later and I was assisted by Sanele (I think that the name). He was amazing. 10 stars for him please. He made the process to be seamless. Thank you
