I called in to complain about my increased premium

I called in to complain about my increased premium. I first spoke to Ntando Mtshali from service department who gave me a summary of why my premium went up. She then advised that I speak to review department and ask for a discount. At the review department Precious Moeng assisted me and thanked me for being a loyal client. She then explained in detail how the increase came about. I told her it was too high for me. She listened attentively (because I was ranting a bit)and empathised and gave me a discounted premium. I'm happy now ☺ Both Ntando Mtshali and Precious Moeng were excellent in their service 👏👏👏👏👏👏. I am very happy and I'll continue with my insurance at Auto and General, thank you ladies!
