I called for roadside assistance for over 40 min and never got assistance

I called the roadside assistance for a jump start friday 25th February 2022 @ 05.30am they kept saying im caller number 1 and then ended the call on 3 occasios, this went on until 06.10..i eventually phoned a friend to assist me because i still couldn't get through. Im definitely changing my insurance and cancelling auto & general
