I called auto and general customer service this morning and I was attended by Lizzy who helped me submit the claim, she was very patient with me. Everything went very smoothly and the claim was done within 15 minutes. On Monday I'm expecting a call from Ms Ntando Mtshali with an update on the state of my claim
