I am super impressed with Auto and General

I am super impressed with Auto and General. They are probably the first insurance company that didn't make my life miserable for trying to cancel. The call immediately went through, and I was helped within less than 5 minutes to cancel my policy. The consultant was very friendly. Of course they tried to keep me as a customer, but unfortunately couldn't convince me to stay. Yet they never became hostile towards me as experienced with other SA companies when trying to cancel.
