Hurtful

On the 15 feb 2016 I was bumped by a auto and general client I recently bought the car from somebody it was still uninsured and I used the car for work purposes it took them a month to tow my car from my yard and when they did they took it for accessment nobody called or updated me about the car when I called them keneilwe told me that the case is not finalised and they will tow the car back to my yard my job is @ risk as it requires a car for daily duties.<br> <br> I always called them and thewy kept telling me the claim is not finalised but why and how can they take my car for accessment if its not finalised? Now they want to return the car to my place? Is that fair?
