Household insurance doesn't cover
I have home contents insurance but if any electronics break you aren't covered at all. The agent name I spoke to is Miss Sisanda Mpiyonke and they said any electronics if it breaks it must or be ****** or power surge. Don't waste your money on paying for household insurance as it's useless you won't be covered if something breaks that is very expensive.

13 Aug 2025, 11:35My claim on the app just says finalized without the consultant calling me to say what is going on. According to the consultant they have tried calling me but I didn't get a call at all. Can someone at Auto & General tell me what is going on please. As this is unacceptable. I had no issues in the past but now is a different story.

14 Aug 2025, 13:28I won't recommend anyone to have any household insurance with Auto & general at all as even if you pay every month you are not covered in regards with anything electronic if it's not glass or a power surge. Please don't waste your money on them.
