Horrible service - Delaying tactics claim not approved 3 months and counting..

I bought a car on 19 September 2023. The car was insured for business and it was hijacked on 22 September 2023 and recovered on the same day with some damage and bullet holes due to a shooting between police and ********s. The car had a tracker. This was reported to Auto & General on 26 September 2023. The claim has not been paid to date and I am losing a lot of money each month as this was used for business. The car did not have a number plate yet when it was ****** as it was still new. Insurance refused to pay and asked silly questions like how do I know the recovered car was my car, but the car was recovered with the help of a tracker. The reference number received is: ***.
