Horrible Service

Again, I maintain, this is the worse insurance company ever.

Thembi is horrible as a team leader, she didn't check the calls and just referred it a different team. They contacted me and I informed them that Thembi didn't do her checks and they must go back to her for information regarding my claim.

Monday I was informed the case has been resolved and Auto and General will be in contact with me as this was resolved last week Friday already.

I sent Thembi an email asking her for feedback on her end and she still has not responded and I am again left in the dark about my claim.

Auto & general has bad administrative process and staff members that don't communicate with their clients.
