Horrible service and lies

Was call by auto & general and offered a quote. The advisor told me that if I do the quote I’ll be granted a R 500 Woolworths gift voucher. I done the quote about 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received my voucher. They was not able to beat my current insurance and the guy was extememly rude when I asked about my voucher at the end of the call. This is horrible service and I don’t think I’ll ever join the company if they just lie to you about the reward to gain you as a customer. Horrible service and I would suggest people to careful of them and they tricks.
