Horrible

Horrible service from this company. I opened a car insurance policy with them and when they had to send me the policy document it came with errors. I tried to correct these but everytime they made changes there were more errors. This one time they sent the policy document with a higher premium than the one agreed upon and their consultants failed to explain why. I had to call them multiple times but nothing was ever corrected so I closed the policy. If this is their service whilst I just opened the insurance, I wasn't going to wait to find out their service if I needed to claim.
