********** treatment and service

I have logged a claim with this crew and they took over 34 days to validate the claim. As if that was not bad enough, they had one of their own collect original documents for the ****** vehicles from me a week ago. To date they claim they have not settled because they are waiting on documentation.

I would not recommend anyone to deal with this crew. The lies. The inconsistencies in their processes and how they deal with claims. The worst service I’ve had. I have no words but just be cautioned if considering taking out policies with this company
