Home insurance

I am so not happy with Auto & General. We have a home insurance with them. a tree fell onto our fencing wall, now they are coming up with stories that there's no sign the wall was damaged by a tree. I don't understand why we would lie. they say our wall is soon gonna fall because there's trees near the wall. pity their insurance covers landslides as well but now that we are claiming we are getting stories.
