High influx of e-mails merely an excuse!
I have sent e-mails to *** since June 2020 and the only response I got was 'Kindly note that we are experiencing a high influx of emails at the moment and might not be able to attend to your email immediately.' Surely by now my e-mails should have been attended to, else I'm clearly doing business with the wrong company.
