Hi My claim refers to POLN:*** CLM:01 OPER:TH0085 DOC:D5 - MR A CASTELYN Loadshedding Damaged my appliances. My fridge was one of them. I was blessed to get Josephine Theunissen as my claim consultant. I stay in Mosselbaai in the Western Cape. Nothing happens quickly here if it comes to repairs. Being without my fridge was an absolute nightmare. From the start, Josephine went out of here way to accommodate me and expedite my claim.
