Hi. The consultant returned my call back and re assured me about a question that I had pertaining to my debit order. She was very professional and friendly and it is evident that the level of staff training pertaining to the interacting with customers is of a very high level. I have had other insurance companies wanting me to switch to them but I prefer to stay with Auto and General. Excellent service Auto and General. Keep up the standards that you have set.
