Helpful, Honest, Patient

Just as a disclosure, I've been requested to write a review by Branden, but I do so happily after dealing with multiple insurance companies over the last few days.

I should mention first the person who has been the most pleasant and honest to deal with who truly gave me the desire of going with A&G in the first place: Magid. It's this kind of honesty and desire to help that lead me to pick A&G when the others hid critical pieces of information which could have caught me if I needed to claim (which I hope to never need).

I've then received a DebiCheck which I wasn't certain about and called to make sure it was really from A&G. Branden helped me verify that I wasn't just approving a random unknown DebiCheck. He then mentioned an optional cash-back benefit which I did not take on the initial agreement. His patience as I calculated the profit vs loss of adding a relatively small amount per month was appreciated. I ended up taking this benefit since the calculation turned out in my favour, even more so when considering I've been driving for a long while without incident.
