Your service is very good if one is lucky enough to find you,but like my experience was disappointing when I tried to report my claim because I had my call cut off because of some unforeseen circumstances or network failure and the agent did not try and comeback to me,secondly I had tried to submit my claim through the App and I could not get it through and in those cases there is nobody whom you can report to and get helped so it is assumed that everyone is technical wise on computers and cell phones although some of us were born before this technology and therefore we come short and get penelised for not being good on this latest technology,it is quite unfair in that case,some one stays on the phone waiting until all the airtime is finished go and buy and call again it is quite frustrating sometimes and you cannot even send an email you must always call it becomes expensive sometimes.When you are lucky enough to get an agent it is super good but if you dont it is hell!
