Hellopeter does not even help us to get a response from Auto & General
We logged a Hellopeter review on the 30th of July. We received and e-mail confirming we will receive feedback within a stipulated 7 days. To date we still have not received any feedback. Since we are not receiving assistance in resolving our matter, we will be taking our concern to the Ombudsman.
