Hebert Katlego Machebele - do your job and give me an update on my claim!

A claim was submitted on the 19th of May, outstanding documents were sent via email on the 20th of May at 9:45am, documents were not tracked until I called in on the 21st of May, Hebert Katlego Machebele is seemingly deliberately delaying my claim, I have spoken to a consultant everyday till today (24th of May) who has said they’re not sure why there is a delay, no communication and no explanation from Hebert, I have been without a vehicle for 6 days and no explanation from the assessor handling my claim
