Hassle free claims

I don't usually claim from the insurance but for some reason June and July were just full of bad luck...in June someone broke my window and I claimed from Auto & General. The claim was accepted. In July I had to claim again as my car got damaged because of the weather...that claim was also accepted.

I was always updated of the progress on both occasions, their staff is caring and they put your mind at ease. My second claim was handled by Nosibabalwe Sodo who was so calm and informative through out the whole process.

There's no greater pain than an instance where by you have been paying for years and when you try to claim from the insurance they give you a run around and you don't even get an update..you have to spend hours trying to reach them.

With Auto and General thats not the case...I've been with them since January this year and I must say I was so impressed by their service
