Harassment by Call Centre

I recieve non stop calls 2 to 4 times a day. Thank God for Truecaller as I finally have them blocked but some alternate numbers come through.

I have told the consultant multiple times I'm not interested in changing insurers and to take my no off the call list but they just keep on calling.

If I had money for lawyers I would sue for harrassment but instead I am here asking that you please leave me alone.
