Half fixed car
So i was in an accident wherein i was pushed off the road by a huge truck and i drove in the bushes for a while. most of the damage in the car was in the drivers side, back and some scratches on the passengers side from the shrubs. The car has been at the auto body center for over a month now. To my utter dismay and shock when i went to fetch the car only the front has been fixed. Apparently because my insurance did not approve...So now i am so so confused how do auto & general decide on that...i left the car there cos i wont take a car that is half done and i wont be put in a corner were i am forced to narrate a very traumatic experience as if i am in court. Please FIX MY CAR, i pay the premiums.

Kindly expect a call from me cancelling all my policies with A&G, i have been a reliable client of yours for years and the very first time i make a claim you make me feel like this?
