Great service Lani

<p>out 3 weeks ago my house got brocken into.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I put in a claim with Auto and General.I provided all the nessasay documents. Time past by and had no feedback from anyone i then had to make numerous ammount of calls to the Contact centre and was made promises that was never kept.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Finally they got back to me advising they will be covering some of the stuff that got missing but not all as i could not provide an invoice for my purchase . I advised the consultant that at the time of taking out the insurance the agent told me i did not need a receipt i just require a pictrue and maybe a valuation of the items.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />she advised she would investigate , i provided and email trail of the valuation that took place last year. she said they would get back to me in hours and that did not happen. I called back and was then told they would provide me feedback before 10am today that also did not happen.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Today I called and spoke to Lani a Team Manger who was really polite and advised me she would investigate and provide me with an update early next week.She provied me with her conatct number and email address. I was already impressed with her people s****s and sevice.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Not even a hour past by and she calls me with an update advising she sorted out the claim for me.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am really impressed with th service she has provided. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />Keep up the awesome work , you are an asset to your company</p>
