I had the unfortunate experience of my kitchen catching fire. Pierre Lottrie was appointed to assist with my claim. He went out of his way to assist us in the claim process. He came to see us on a public holiday where he could have spent time with his own family. He was professional and very thorough. Within a couple of days my claim was finalised.
