I had to claim for my reading glasses that I lost on the golf course and the call center passed me on to Natasha in Cape Town - what a pleasure to be assisted by a friendly, highly competent lady and having the claim finalized in much less than 24 hours. At the same time she assisted to update my policy and I can only salute her for excellence in all she does! <br> <br> Thanks again Natasha and keep up the excellent customer relations!
