I had a problem with Auto and General VAS (scratches and dent cover) which no one was able to assist me with or give me any clarity and was at the verge of canceling the policy until I spoke to Shanice Fourie and Dorothy Smit. Both these ladies went out of their way to make sure that my issue was resolved and that I remained a client with Auto and General.
