Good day, just a quick word of thanks for the professional, fast, efficient and friendly service received from Prishina. I was involved in a minor accident a couple of days ago, a first for me and thus a very stressful situation. Prishina guided me through the claims process, kept me in the loop all the time and also advised me of options available ie discounted car hire, the support of the legal department. etc. The claim was approved and my vehicle is booked for the repairs.
