I called my insurer, Auto and General to put a claim in for my Windscreen. I called the wrong number so I first got through to the wrong department (usually this is where all the problems start). But the lady took my details and put me through to claims department. This is when Yuthika answered with all my details already open in front of her. She confirmed a few details and got straight to the point. She submitted my claim within a few minutes and was friendly while helping me. My entire call with the wrong departments included (my fault) was just under 12 minutes. And Glass fit called me within 5 minutes of putting down the phone to organize the fitment. <br> <br> This was an absolute breath of fresh air to receive service like this.
