Great serivce after reporting accident

I called in on the 26th of March to report that I had been in a car accident and would like to process a claim. Cristal explained everything with regards to the process and was extremely helpful throughout the process. the process took as long as she had explained, She organised my car assessment in a timely fashion and called me back with the feedback when she had said she would likely get back to me. I received communication from auto and general , easy way assessment centre and renew it in Ranbburg who are the panel beaters my claim was assigned to. The process has been smooth and painless thanks to Cristal. She really gave me amazing service and I was quite sad that going forward someone else would be assisting me but I trust they will have the same amazing service provision as Cristal.
