Great resolution to bad service provider.

After having problems with a service provider, we lodged a complaint with Auto & General. Fahiem Kleinsmith got involved, gathered all the information and had the issue resolved within a short matter of time. His service was excellent, he kept me in the know all the time and even followed up to make sure the promise to deliver was honored by the supplier. I did not even have to call him once to find out what is happening with my claim. Thank you Fahiem for listining to both sides of the story and for sorting us out.
