After receiving an annual reassessment of my premium I felt that it was evcessive and requested a review of my cover taking into account ny long history with thw company. I was surprised and delighted whe thay accommodated my request and reduced my premium to the previous level. Great eservice and very pleasant experience. Thanks auto & General.
