Great Attitude
I just reported my Second insurance claim. The lady who helped was very nice. Our conversation wasn't so uptight. We spoke like friends and we even laughed together. All the information that she said I'd receive by SMS, I did and she was very nice. I appreciate her dedication in her work. Hope this service goes to all the customers she deals with.
